Mission 200 Club - Terms and Conditions
By joining the Mission 200 Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership and Access
- Membership to the Mission 200 Club is limited and subject to approval based on the availability of seats in the program.
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the Mission 200 Club.
- Access to the Discord channel and related content will be granted once the membership fee is paid (if applicable) and accepted by the admin.
2. Trading Risks
- Trading futures and other financial instruments carries significant risk and can result in the loss of capital.
- The Mission 200 Club does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for any financial losses that occur from trading.
- All members are responsible for their own trading decisions and should use caution and risk management strategies at all times.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
- All information shared within the Mission 200 Club, including but not limited to trade setups, strategies, and financial data, must remain confidential and may not be shared outside the community without explicit consent.
- Members must respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing any personal information about fellow traders without permission.
4. Content Usage
- Content shared within the Discord channel, including charts, videos, and resources, is for educational purposes only.
- Members are not allowed to copy, redistribute, or sell the content from the Mission 200 Club without prior consent from the admin.
5. Conduct and Community Guidelines
- Members must maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times in the community.
- Harassment, offensive language, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community.
- Disrespectful behavior towards other members or admins will lead to immediate action and possible banishment from the group.
6. Season Participation
- Seasons of the Mission 200 Club run in 3-month periods with a 1-month break in between (e.g., Season 1: Feb 1 – May 1).
- All members must be actively participating during each season to be eligible for season-specific rewards or benefits.
- If you do not participate in a season, your membership may be suspended or canceled at the admin's discretion.
7. Liability
- The Mission 200 Club, its admins, and its members are not liable for any financial, emotional, or other forms of damages resulting from participating in the group or following the provided resources.
8. Changes to Terms
- The Mission 200 Club reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Discord channel.
- Continued participation in the club signifies your agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
